Most Valuable Employee
The President's award was received by Bob Spista and Scott Spista for their hard work and dedication to the Green Dot project. Green Dot was was an educational project completed in three phases. This team worked tirelessly and efficiently to work with the customer and fulfill their requirements.
Rob Gillingham is our Illinois Territory Sales Manager. Rob works to build relationships with school districts, municipalities and businesses in Illinois and surrounding states to provide temporary and permanent space solutions. Before joining the IMS team, Rob was an entrepreneur for over 30 years where he sold products and services and managed large consulting and service operations. Rob is a USAF Veteran and received over 200 hours of formal military technical and leadership training while supporting the AWACS E-A Surveillance aircraft for TAC Command.
Bob Spista is responsible for sales and project management in the Southeastern region, working out of the IMS Tennessee oﬃce. Bob was one of the original founders of IMS as Vice President of Operations for the company. During this time his responsibilities included account management and licensing. Bob retired for a short period of time in 2006 and rejoined IMS in 2009 in his current position.
Scott Spista is responsible for project management and sales support in the Southeastern region, working out of the IMS oﬃce in Maryville, TN. Prior to joining the IMS team, Scott served in the US Army with the 82nd Airborne Division as an Airborne Infantry Mortarman.
Scott is furthering his education and is currently attending Colorado State University to obtain his BS in Project Management. Presently, Scott has an Associate’s degree in Automotive Technology and Business Management. He resides in Knoxville, TN.
Jason Shannon is our General Manager who oversees the health, safety and well being of the yard personnel working on the maintenance and repair to the IMS property and inventory. Jason is constantly looking for ways to improve and assist the yard personnel with the inventory repair process to make it more eﬃcient.
Andrea Brand is our Product Manager whose responsibilities include business development, sales, customer service and project management. As our in-house LEED AP, Andrea is our resident expert on Green Building Design.
Bob Friedman is the Operations Manager for the IMS fleet in Elkhart, IN. where the units are refurbished and prepared for sale or lease
Greg Whaley as our Service Manager/Tech he is responsible to ensure all protocols set by IMS and the industry are adhered to while maintaining excellence in our refurbish process.
Todd Myers is a service tech skilled in all areas of electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc. to help ensure the IMS units are refurbished properly and held to the high standards IMS requires before moving the fleet off site and sent to the customer.
